When is my Village Roadshow One Pass renewal valid from?
A renewal offer is available to existing Passholders who have a Pass which expired within the past 28 days or a Pass expiring in the next 28 days. If renewed within 28 days prior to expiry of previous Pass, the new Pass validity commences immediately for 12 months from expiration of the previous Pass, or if renewed within 28 days after the expiration of previous Pass, the new Pass validity commences immediately for 12 months from renewal date.
Can I share my pass with a friend?
Your pass is only able to be used by the pass holder and cannot be transferred.
How do I redeem my Sea World Spooky Nights, White Christmas and Carnivale tickets?
Village Roadshow One Pass and Village Roadshow Locals One passholders can redeem one free event general admission ticket to White Christmas, Carnivale and Sea World Spooky Nights. The event tickets are subject to ticket availability as event numbers are limited. To redeem online, enter One Pass ticket barcode number in the Gift code field after selecting the event Redemption ticket. This MUST be pre-booked online. When the event tickets become available you will receive an email so make sure you are subscribed.
