If you want to book accommodation at Paradise Country you must be at least 18 years of age.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. The total cost of your booking comprises:-
- the accommodation rate for the applicable package and number of guests staying multiplied by the number of nights you have booked
- any additional products or activities you have selected e.g. Breakfast, Australian Outback Spectacular, Koala Breakfast, etc.
- service fees [American Express, Diners Club and JCB cards will be charged a 2.85% service fee. Visa, Mastercard and Union transactions will be charged a 0.97% service fee]
No refunds are allowed (subject to any law to the contrary).
Cancellation Due To Technical Error
We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking in the event of a computer, website or system error which results in the display or communication of an incorrect accommodation rate or other incorrect details and will advise you as soon as possible after we become aware of any such error. In the event of cancellation we shall refund all monies you have paid to us. If the proposed amendment is not suitable to you we shall refund all monies you have paid to us.
No-Shows or cancellation by you
- cancel your booking twenty-eight (28) days or less before your booked arrival date;
- do not check-in at all; or
- cancel your booking after you have checked in;
then the total cost of your booking is payable and all monies previously paid in respect of same are forfeited to us for our sole use and benefit absolutely and you are not entitled to a refund of any monies you have paid to us (subject to any law to the contrary) and must pay to us any outstanding monies to us without delay.
If you cancel your booking more than twenty-eight (28) days before your booked arrival date then you must pay to us the cost of one(1) night’s accommodation without delay and we are entitled to deduct such sum from any monies you have previously paid to us and retain same for our sole use and benefit absolutely.
Some packages will have a ‘no cancellation’ policy.
Change to booking
If you want to change your booking we will try to assist you but cannot make any guarantees as any change is subject to availability of an alternate accommodation and payment of a $25.00 amendment fee if the request is made less than six (6) months before your initial booking. If you wish to make a change please contact our Reservations Team on 13 33 86.
To ensure your identity matches the booking, and in order to eliminate identity fraud, when you check-in you will be asked to provide photographic identification which we will copy and retain for security purposes. If you are unable to provide such identification then we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund (subject to any law to the contrary) or refer you to your booking agent if applicable.
Incidental costs during your stay
If you wish to charge in-park purchases (like restaurant, activities etc.) to your account whilst staying at Paradise Country then at the time of check-in you must produce a valid credit card and pre-authorise $50.00 worth of charges to that card. If a credit card is unable to be authorised for this amount you will be required to make all payments by cash.
There is a credit limit of $500.00 for any such charges and if you reach this amount you will be required to settle all current charges on your account in order to continue your credit facility during your stay.
If a third party’s credit card is to be used by you during your stay to pay for purchases at Paradise Country then a Credit Card Authorisation form must be completed and provided to us 7 days prior to check-in. The Credit Card Authorisation form must be accompanied by a clear photocopy of the front and back of the credit card and the signature on the card must match the signature on the Authorisation form. If the credit card is illegible then the Authorisation form will not be accepted by us.
