Private functions and after-hours events that will be held throughout the year

Village Roadshow Theme Parks would like to advise residents of private functions and after-hours events that will be held throughout the year at Warner Bros. Movie World, Wet’n’Wild, and Paradise Country.

 

Please note, event dates are subject to change and will be updated on this page regularly.

 

We will monitor noise levels through the evenings to ensure we comply with the conditions as specified by the Gold Coast City Council. If you have any queries in regard to noise during these after-hours events, please call our team on 07 5573 8320.

September

Warner Bros. Movie World

  • Saturday 5th September – Movie World will have outdoor rides operational between 18:30– 19:30 and amplified music between 18:00 – 22:00

  • Thursday 10th September – Movie World will have outdoor rides operational between 18:30– 21:30

  • Saturday 12th September – Movie World will have outdoor rides operational between 18:30– 19:30 and amplified music between 18:00 – 22:00

  • Monday 14th September – Movie World will have amplified music between 18:30 – 22:00

  • Tuesday 22nd September – Movie World will have outdoor rides operational between 19:30– 21:30 and amplified music between 18:00 – 22:00

Paradise Country

  • Thursday 3rd September – Paradise Country will have a 5 minute whip cracking display between 18:00-19:30 and amplified music between 18:00 - 21:00

  • Tuesday 15th September – Paradise Country will have 5 minute whip cracking display between 18:00 – 19:30 and amplified music between 18:30 – 22:30

  • Wednesday 30th September – Paradise Country will have 5 minute whip cracking display between 18:00 – 19:30 and amplified music between 18:30 – 22:30

  • Saturday 3rd October – Fright Nights will take place at Movie World with rides, attractions and live entertainment operating between 18:00 – 22:00 (rides until 22:00)

  • Friday 9th October – Fright Nights will take place at Movie World with rides, attractions and live entertainment operating between 18:00 – 22:00 (rides until 22:00)

  • Saturday 10th October – Fright Nights will take place at Movie World with rides, attractions and live entertainment operating between 18:00 – 22:00 (rides until 22:00)

  • Friday 16th October – Fright Nights will take place at Movie World with rides, attractions and live entertainment operating between 18:00 – 22:00 (rides until 22:00)
