What's included in my Membership ?
Your Membership includes unlimited entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild and Paradise Country plus one free entry to Sea World Spooky Nights, Movie World's White Christmas and Sea World Carnivale each year.
When Does My Membership Expire?
Memberships are ongoing with no expiry date.
Can I purchase additional Memberships?
Unfortunately new Memberships are no longer available for purchase but you can purchase a Village Roadshow Premium Annual Pass with 12 months of unlimited entry to 4 theme parks plus one free entry to Sea World Spooky Nights, Movie World’s White Christmas and Sea World Carnivale.

Who Is Debitsuccess?
Debitsuccess is the account management team who handles your payments on behalf of Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
How Can I Cancel My Membership?
The Debitsuccess Contract holder may cancel their Membership Agreement at any time. To do so please call Debitsuccess on 1800 123 978 or [email protected].
What If I Miss A Payment?
If you miss a payment, the Debitsuccess account management team will notify you of payment failure and retry. At this time, you will incur a $14.95 Late Payment Fee. If after 14 days the payment attempts fail, your entry will be suspended temporarily until payment is collected. The subsequent payment will include the outstanding amount plus an additional $14.95 Late Payment Fee. Please allow 24 hours from making payment for your entry entitlement to be reinstated. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of the Membership Agreement and Membership.
Can I transfer or suspend my Membership?
A Membership is not able to be transferred or suspended nor is it exchangeable or able to be resold or redeemed for cash.

10% off Animal Adventures at Sea World excluding Queensland School Holiday Periods
10% off flights with Surfers Paradise Helicopters excluding Queensland School Holiday Periods
10% off Whale Watching cruises at Sea World Cruises
10% off the standard room only rate at Sea World Resort and Water Park excluding travel between December 12 and January 26.
