How do I collect my prize?
Collect your prize! Present your instant prize notification to the allocated location when exiting the park from after 12 PM.

How and when are prize winners drawn?
Instant Prizes - Winners are notified on‑screen immediately after submitting the entry form, subject to verification.
Weekly Prizes - Weekly Prize draws occur every Monday from 29 June - August 2026. Winners are contacted via email within 3 days and published at scanandwin.themeparks.com.au.
Major Prize - The Major Prize draw is held on Monday, 3 August 2026. Winners are contacted via email within 3 days and published at scanandwin.themeparks.com.au.
Is there a limit to how many prizes I can win?
Multiple entries per day are allowed when you visit additional parks or buy additional eligible Coca‑Cola products. Each entry must be submitted separately and follow the entry instructions.
Are Passholders automatically entered into the prize draw?
Visiting any participating theme park with an eligible Annual Pass during the Promotional Period gives you one entry into the Major Prize and Weekly Prize draws. Instant Win prizes require a Coca‑Cola purchase and completing the QR‑code entry form on the same day.
Can I swap or exchange my prize?
Prizes cannot be swapped, exchanged, or transferred for another item, cash, or credit. If an Instant Prizes not claimed on the same day are considered unclaimed and will not be redrawn.
