Do children under 3 need a ticket?
Children under the age of 3 years old do not require a ticket to enter but must be accompanied by a paying adult. For children aged 3 and above, a ticket is required for entry.
Are children entitled to discounted tickets?
Children from 3 - 13 years of age are eligible for a child's Single Day Pass. Children under the age of 3 can enter the park free of charge.
What day does my pass expire/is my pass still valid?
This depends on the type of pass you have.
The Single Day Book a Day Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking.
The Single Day Flexi Ticket is a single-use ticket valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
The 2 Day Pass Upgrade from a Single Day Ticket is a two consecutive day pass that can be presented within 3 months of purchase.
The 3 Day Multi Park Pass is a three consecutive day pass that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.
The 3 Day Multi Park Pass Upgrade from a Single Day Ticket is a three consecutive day pass that can be presented within 3 months of purchase.
The 5 Day Multi Park Pass is a five consecutive day pass that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.
The 7 Day Multi Park Pass is a seven consecutive day pass that is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What tickets are available for companions of guests with disabilities or guests with special needs?
Guests who produce a Companion Card are entitled to one (1) free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit. Companion tickets are available at the Front Gate Admissions booths only on presentation of the card on the day of the visit. Please refer to Conditions of Entry for further information.
Guests who produce a Carer’s Card issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate on presentation of the card at the park Admission booths.
Rates are available for holders of a State or Commonwealth authority's Disability Pension card at the ticket booths on the day of your visit upon card presentation.
Guests with any special needs should visit Guest Services upon arrival and our friendly team will provide assistance in planning their day.
All Village Roadshow Theme Parks offer parking for guests with disabilities. Limited wheelchair hire is available at all parks however during peak periods we recommend to call ahead to Guest Services to book in advance of your visit.

Are there special tickets for kids?
Yes, discounted single day child tickets are available for children aged 3 to 13 years. No child discounts are available on annual passes.
What if my child turns 3 during our visit?
If your child is under 3 at the time of entry, they do not need a ticket. If they are 3 or older, they will require a valid ticket.

What is the difference between a Village Roadshow Saver Annual Pass and Village Roadshow Premium Annual Pass?
Village Roadshow Saver Annual Pass does not include one free entry to 2 After Dark events which must be purchased separately.
How will I know my pass has the new name?
You’ll see the new name reflected in email communications. Your pass name will not update in the App.
Why is my Annual Pass name changing?
We’re updating the name of our Annual Pass to better reflect all the fun and benefits it gives you.
When did the new name take effect?
The name change took effect on 19 November 2025.
Will my pass still work?
Yes! Your pass remians valid, only the name is changing.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required, your pass is still valid as normal.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a pay in 4 platform that lets you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, interest free.
Why use Afterpay with Village Roadshow Theme Parks?

How does Afterpay work?
When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the available payment options. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.
How do I set up an Afterpay account?
Step one: Add your items to your shopping cart.
Step two: Select Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout.
Step three: You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to login or create your account.
Step four: Your payment schedule will be displayed.
Step five: Track your payments, check available spend limits, and make early payments in the Afterpay app.
Are there any fees for using Afterpay?
Afterpay caps late fees to help keep costs manageable for customers who miss a payment. Late fees will never exceed 25% of the order total or $68 per order, whichever is lower.
How this works:
For orders under $40: A one-time late fee of up to 25% of the order total applies
For orders of $40 or more: A $10 late fee is charged when a payment is missed. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid after seven days, an additional $7 late fee applies . This is the same for all late payments until the 25% cap or $68 amount is reached. To remain within the cap, we may charge partial amounts of the $10 and $7 fees.
