Do I have to use my ticket the same day I buy it?
All tickets are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.
Can I use the same ticket across all of your parks?
A single day ticket is restricted to one park entry.
Do children under 3 need a ticket?
Children under the age of 3 years old do not require a ticket to enter but must be accompanied by a paying adult. For children aged 3 and above, a ticket is required for entry.
Are there special tickets for kids?
Yes, discounted single day child tickets are available for children aged 3 to 13 years. No child discounts are available on annual passes.
What if my child turns 3 during our visit?
If your child is under 3 at the time of entry, they do not need a ticket. If they are 3 or older, they will require a valid ticket.
