Sea World Resort is really Where Serious Business Meets Serious fun! Boasting a stunning Broadwater location and easy access to Australia’s best theme parks, Sea World Resort is your one stop shop for memorable conferences & social events which can be arranged on site or at one of our theme park sister properties. Sea World Resort’s new state of the art conference centre can cater for up to 950 delegates and is divisible into 3 rooms. The rooms open onto our Veranda, a covered al-fresco pre function area ideal for trade exhibitions, cocktail receptions, tea breaks and lunches. In addition, the Resort offers an additional 9 unique and versatile meeting rooms for smaller gathering or breakout rooms. With 400 accommodation rooms which all include complimentary WIFI as well as a balcony or patio to enjoy the gorgeous Gold Coast weather, we will make your stay feel like a home away from home and will leave your delegates with wonderful memories. And with the beach just opposite the Resort, enjoy some wonderful walks to kick off your day or to unwind after the conference.
Ocean Room
This grand ballroom can cater for up to 260 delegates theatre style and can be divided in two. It can be themed any style with its high ceiling and its own foyer is ideal for a conference, dinner or any special occasion.
Presidential Room
If you are looking for a room with a view, look no further! The Presidential Room is the Gold Coast’s only absolute waterfront venue with it’s own beautiful outdoor covered terrace overlooking the stunning Broadwater, ideal for meetings, conference lunches, cocktail receptions or any special occasion.
Executive Boardroom
Next to the Presidential room, the Executive boardroom is overlooking the beautiful Broadwater and is the perfect retreat for intimate meetings.
Dolphin Bay Room
The Dolphin Bay room is ideal for medium size conferences for up to 100 delegates theatre style or as a breakout room. With floor to ceiling windows the room provides natural light or it can be darkened with blinds for video presentations.
Melrose Room
The stunning Melrose Room offers natural daylight with lovely views through tropical gardens to the Broadwater through floor to ceiling windows. It has a tranquil and intimate feel perfect for a small to medium conference for up to 100 delegates theatre style, a breakout room, cocktail party, an elegant dinner or any special occasion.
Waterfall Café / Pool Side
The Waterfall Café overlooking our beautiful lagoon pool and the stunning Broadwater is ideal for any casual dinners or cocktail receptions. Enjoy a drink and a chat and watch the beautiful sunset over the Broadwater whilst Chef cooks up a storm on the BBQ.
Lobby Lounge
Sea World Resort’s new lobby offers a modern meeting place in the heart of the Resort boasting amazing views to the Broadwater through floor to ceiling windows. The oceanic tones have been carefully chosen to remind guests of our stunning location on the Broadwater.
It features a brand new bar which has been repositioned in the middle of the lobby, an amazing waterfall mural, modern & funky furniture with a retro twist and Italian tiles complete this new amazing look. The new lobby is an inviting place where everyone wants to gather for a chat and a drink and is buzzing with activity.
Paradise Room
Think outside the box and excite your delegates with a theme park conference! Boasting stunning views over the Sea World Ski lake through floor to ceiling windows, the Paradise room offers a refreshing alternative to a traditional conference room and is ideal for any special occasion, being a conference, cocktail party or elegant dinner.
