As we bid farewell to the last of the public holidays and return to work and school routines, now is the perfect time to bring out your littlest people to share in the excitement currently on offer at Sea World. The sun is shining and with gorgeous daily temps in the mid-twenties, their interactive adventures will be cool and comfortable. And with lesser crowds meaning shorter queue times, there is a greater opportunity to experience more in the day – win!

From interactive meet and greets with your toddlers’ favourite cartoon characters, to water play to animal exhibits and encounters, there really is something for everyone!

Nickelodeon Land

The Nickelodeon-themed kids precinct hosts an array of thrilling rides for the young and young at heart. Excite them with kids-sized rides, including Donatello’s Ninja Flyers, Dora’s Fiesta Carousel and Patrick Jellyfish Frenzy rides to name a few. Here you will also find Sea World’s first ever mini rollercoaster!

Catch your favourite cartoon characters in action as they take the Nickelodeon Stage! Pup Pup Boogie along with Paw Patrol’s Chase and Marshall at 11am and 1:30pm daily. Get ready to join the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in their interactive adventure at 12pm. Turtle Power!

Also, don’t miss your chance for a photo opportunity, with appearances at Nickelodeon Land throughout the day from 10.15am to 3.30pm.

The Reef at Castaway Bay

Explore one of Sea World’s newest attractions at this Interactive splash zone. The kids will love the array of water spouts, water cannons and animal sculptures. Be sure to make the most of these warm and sunny days before winter truly arrives. The Reef is fully accessible and will provide hours of entertainment to the young and young at heart.

For the older kids looking for more adventure, Castaway Bay is the perfect place to explore. Home to the Battle Boat Ride, Sky Fortress and Sky Climb, Castaway Bay provides fun for the whole family. Climb your way over rope bridges a whopping 12 metres above the ground, and enjoy the thrill of shooting more than 80 water cannons. Note that height restrictions apply in this precinct.

Animal Encounters

Penguins, seals and Polar Bears, Oh My! Your little ones will be spoilt for choice in the outdoor animal exhibits. Sea World is home to four majestic polar bears. Catch baby Mishka, Mum Liya and Twins Hudson and Nelson as they roam around the exhibit.

Other animals to add to your itinerary include rays, penguins, seals, dolphins and seabirds! Learn more about these majestic animals at their presentations. Times can be found on the Sea World Attractions webpage.

Explore life beneath the ocean’s surface in the world’s largest man-made lagoon system. Your toddlers will be amazed as they witness tropical fish and rays pass them by in the Tropical Reef Lagoon. Get up close to the impressive sharks and watch them gliding by in the massive Shark Lagoon.

Give them the ultimate sensory experience as they feel the starfish, sea cucumbers and rays in the interactive touch pool.
