You do not need ID to purchase a VIP Pass, Annual Pass or General Admission ticket, however you will need ID to prove residency (QLD or Northern NSW postcodes 2450-2490) for the Locals' VIP Pass.

- What are the opening times of Wet'n'Wild?

Wet'n'Wild is open from 10:am-5pm daily in the warmer months and between 10am and 4pm im Winter
Wet'n'Wild is open every day except Christmas and ANZAC day.
- What date does my pass expire/is my pass still valid?

This depends on the type of pass you have.
If you have a VIP Pass or VIP Gold Pass these will expire at the end of the financial year on June 30.
If you have a General Admission Pass this is only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and is only valid on the day you enter the park.
If you have an Annual Pass this expires 12 months after the date of purchase.
If you cannot remember when you purchased the pass, or are still unsure of what date your pass expires, please call 133 FUN and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
- I have small children what can they do at Wet'n'Wild?

There are plenty of exciting rides and attractions for children of all ages to enjoy. For more information, visit www.ThemeParks.com.au. We strongly recommend that all children under the age of 14 years be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst on these premises
- I have lost my pass, how do I get a new one?

If you lose your pass there is a $5 replacement fee. This can be replaced at the front gate of Movie World, Sea World or Wet’n’Wild.
- How do I book a Cabana?

Cabana hire can be booked in advanced by calling 133 386. Same day bookings are only available at the Front Gate on a first come first serve basis.
- What is the difference between a Wave Pool Cabana and a Calypso Cabana?

Our Calypso Cabanas comfortably hold up to 6 people with seating for 4 people and offers an exclusive area in the relaxed tropical surrounds of our Calypso Beach zone. Calypso Cabanas are available over the summer season. Our Wave Pool cabanas also comfortably hold up to 6 people with seating for 4 people also include a locker and fan. In addition our Wave Pool Cabanas offer more seclusion.

- Can i bring my own food?

You are allowed to bring a picnic lunch into Wet'n'Wild Water World however, no commercially prepared food or alcohol can be brought into the park. Due to safety regulations, glassware of any kind is also prohibited. Coin operated Barbecue facilities are available as well as plenty of shady retreats to enjoy your lunch.

- Is there a spectator rate?

Unfortunately we don't offer spectator passes as we offer great attractions for all of our guests to enjoy.
- I have certain food allergies what can i eat?

There are plenty of healthy food options available for you. Please let one of our friendly staff know if you have any allergies and they will be happy to assist you.
- Can I scan my smart phone or tablet for ticket entry?

No, you must print your tickets and present them at the front gate.
- Are there courtesy buses available to and from the parks?

No, however there are a number of public buses (translink.com.au) and taxis arriving and departing regularly.
- May i leave a picnic in the car and re-enter the park?

Yes you can, however you will need to go to Guest Services and get a wrist band to ensure your entry back into the park.
- I have forgotten my pass at home, can I still enter the park?

Unfortunately without your pass you are unable to enter the park, you will need to purchase a replacement pass for $5 if you wish to enter. This can be replaced at the front gate of Movie World, Sea World or Wet’n’Wild upon presentation of a valid photo ID.

- Is there wheel chair access to the cabanas?

Yes, we have ground level cabanas specifically for wheel chair access.
